Danov Music Studio is a full-service recording facility based in Berlin, run by producer and engineer Nikita Bogdanov , winner of the German Songwriting Award 2025. We record vocals, rap, acoustic instruments, voice-over and podcasts in a room designed for accurate capture: controlled low-end, short reverb tail, no HVAC bleed. The room isn't a converted bedroom with foam panels , it's a dedicated tracking space where everything from a soft ballad whisper to a rap double at full volume keeps its shape.
The signal chain stays short and transparent: Neumann U87 or M149 into a 1073-style preamp, light touch of 1176 or LA-2A compression when the performance needs it, straight into 24-bit / 48 kHz capture. Nothing destructive on the way in , we track clean so you keep every option during mixing. Sessions can be booked from one hour for a single take to full-day blocks for tracking an EP, and because the producer, engineer and editor are the same person, no information is lost between takes and comps.

The engineer behind the console
Nikita Bogdanov is a Berlin-based producer, sound engineer and songwriter with seventeen years behind the console. Most of the calendar goes to three groups: independent pop and singer-songwriter artists tracking singles, rap and hip-hop artists doing vocal comps over instrumentals or self-produced beats, and voice-over clients recording audiobooks, commercials and podcasts. We also handle acoustic instrumentation , nylon and steel-string guitar, piano samples captured at the mic, light percussion, solo string parts and small ensemble overdubs.
Language mix reflects Berlin itself. We've tracked English, German, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and French in this room.
