For strictly necessary cookies we rely on § 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. For all other cookies and storage technologies we obtain your consent in accordance with § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

3. Cookies and storage in use

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required)

These cookies are essential for the operation of the website. Without them, basic features such as form submission, session management and CSRF protection would not work.

csrftoken — protection against Cross-Site Request Forgery when submitting forms. Provider: Danov Music Studio. Lifetime: 1 year.
sessionid — session ID, if a server session is required (e.g. for admin functions). Provider: Danov Music Studio. Lifetime: until browser is closed or up to 1 hour.
django_language — stores your language preference (en/de/ru/uk). Provider: Danov Music Studio. Lifetime: 1 year.
cookieConsent (LocalStorage) — stores your selection in the cookie banner. Provider: Danov Music Studio. Lifetime: 12 months.
__cf_bm / cf_clearance — bot management of our reverse proxy Cloudflare. Set on every page request, as the entire website is delivered through Cloudflare. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc. Lifetime: 30 minutes / up to 1 year.

3.2 Third-party cookies — only when the corresponding feature is actively used

The following third-party cookies are set exclusively when you actively use a feature that requires them — they do not load speculatively in the background.

Cloudflare Turnstile — loaded on form pages and when the chat widget is opened. Verifies without an image puzzle that the request originates from a real browser. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc. Cookies: cf_clearance, __cf_bm. Lifetime: up to 30 minutes / 1 year. Legal basis: § 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Google Maps — the map in the footer is loaded only once you click the preview (two-click solution). Only then does Google set cookies or access information on your device. Provider: Google Ireland Limited. Cookies: NID among others. Lifetime: up to 6 months. Legal basis: § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).

3.3 Local storage of chat history (IndexedDB)

When you use our AI chat "ADanov Manager", your conversation history is stored exclusively locally in your browser, in the IndexedDB database danov-chat. There is no synchronisation with our servers. You can clear this storage at any time via your browser's developer tools or through the "Clear history" button in the chat.

4. We do NOT use

Tracking or profiling cookies
Advertising cookies (remarketing, conversion tracking)
Social-media plugins that transmit data without an active click
Web-analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or Hotjar
Web beacons / tracking pixels

5. Managing and deleting cookies
